Unhygienic rooms, broken AC and no water

Awful stay – no maintenance at all and very unhygienic. We had no hot water during our entire visit, and there was no room service, so we had to handle everything on our own. The rooms were not cleaned well, and to top it off, cockroaches were crawling on the beds. When we complained, the receptionist showed no concern and gave no satisfactory reply. Completely wasted our money, definitely do not stay here!

I raised the issue, but it was not resolved.Also, **breakfast was not available**, even though this was something I expected with the booking. When I asked about it, the response from the hotel was simply that **it was not possible to provide breakfast**, with no proper alternative or solution offered.Overall, the basic facilities and service were far below expectations. A working AC and proper information regarding breakfast are very basic requirements for a hotel stay.**Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property based on my stay.**
