I was a bit disappointed in the book fair. The collection was pretty bad tbh - all Instagram and pop culture books were present. Staff are very arrogant, not co-operative need to train them as well.Food is very Bad, never add food in your plan. Pathetic service, staff , and hotel Management.Eating Dinner is very dangerous experience next morning i experienced food poisoning.In the morning at the time of breakfast, I asked for 1 banana but they directly denied. Been traveling with group from isle of wight.On arrival there was no welcome and even at 2.30 rooms were not ready. Rooms were not up to standard and customer service did not exist. We were advised that dinner was going to be served from 7.30 and been kept waiting till 8.00 as they were dealing with customers who's food was getting ready . We been offer buffet which was very limited food offered. All 6 of us were not happy.wifi or tv never worked and been told technical issue will be sorted. We left and still not rectified.

If you are a pet lover and u like travelling with them so this hotel is not for u.I understand the policies of your hotel butApart from the topic of the petThe behavior or the manager was very bad and rediculous.The only thing I would says there should be manners in a person which he lacked

While the hotel was built very thoughtfully, but no attention is paid to the regular maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel.Staff at the restaurant are not at all service oriented. They do not bother to serve food even to senior citizens , until and unless requested for. Only when big groups come, they will have a nice spread. However,food quality is strictly average.The entire staff has to be seriously trained in service and housekeeping.
