Very Poor Experience — Booking & Service Issues Extremely disappointing experience. The hotel staff refused to properly honour our online booking. The booking showed 24-hour check-in for two nights, but the staff demanded payment for three nights and insisted on a 12-hour check-in policy, attempting to charge us for an additional day. They even created a scene when we were leaving and delayed us while we were trying to catch our flight. The room had smoking ashes everywhere, no proper toiletries, kettle, cleaning, or basic amenities, and there was little to no response from the staff despite repeated requests. The food was also very poor in taste and extremely small in quantity. Overall, there was no proper hospitality or service. A very unpleasant and disappointing stay. I would strongly advise checking the booking terms carefully and avoiding this property.

The hotel experience was terrible. The room was dirty and badly kept, and the service was very unsatisfactory. The staff did not respond well to our issues. Overall, the stay was very unpleasant, and I would advise against this hotel. They seem to care only about money. The management is the worst. There was no electricity and no backup power. Bathrooms lacked soap and handwash. There was no floor mat outside the toilet. The TV was broken and the telephone wires were missing, showing very poor management. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone.

Yeh hotel is price ke layak nahi hai. Online rate 1800/- dikh raha tha, lekin hotel walon ne directly 2500/- ka room diya. Toiletries nahi milte, pillow cover gande the, khud badalna pada.
