Very disappointing stay. During my 2-day booking, they changed my room three times. They said the room was booked and asked me to move. This happened again the next day. The hospitality was poor and the staff seemed untrained. Staff smoked inside the room when it was unoccupied. Despite multiple cleanings, the room was always dirty with hair and dust everywhere, including on the bed and under the pillow. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, the door wouldn't close, and there was dust on the upper bed head. There were cockroaches in the room, and no hangers were provided in the room or bathroom. I will never stay at this hotel again.
