I booked this property through Goibibo under the free room upgrade offer as a GoTribe 3 member. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, with excellent service and courteous, helpful staff. The early check-in at 8:00 AM was greatly appreciated and made a big difference.I would also like to thank the hotel team for the care and hospitality extended to my daughter, who was travelling solo. It was reassuring to know she was well looked after. The breakfast was delicious, filling, and offered a good start to the day.The only aspect we found disappointing was the dinner inclusion policy. Although I paid over ’1,000 extra while booking, the dinner benefit was capped at ’500. As a result, my daughter ended up ordering only a dosa and a cold coffee with ice cream, which totalled ’498. She was informed that she either had to opt for the vegetarian thali or choose items within the ’500 limit, which felt rather restrictive and inconsistent with the amount paid for the package.Apart from this one issue, the experience was excellent, and the property offered great value for money. I would happily recommend it for its comfort, service, and hospitality.
