Hotel Sagar

I reserved this hotel through Goibibo using the free room upgrade offer as a GoTribe 3 member. The stay was very pleasant overall, with outstanding service and polite, helpful staff. The early check-in at 8:00 AM was much appreciated and made a significant difference. I also want to thank the hotel staff for their care and hospitality towards my daughter, who was traveling alone. It was comforting to know she was well taken care of. The breakfast was tasty, satisfying, and a great way to start the day. The only downside was the dinner inclusion policy. Even though I paid over ₹1,000 extra during booking, the dinner benefit was limited to ₹500. Consequently, my daughter ordered just a dosa and a cold coffee with ice cream, totaling ₹498. She was told she had to either choose the vegetarian thali or items within the ₹500 limit, which seemed quite restrictive and not aligned with the amount paid for the package. Aside from this issue, the experience was excellent, and the hotel provided great value for money. I would gladly recommend it for its comfort, service, and hospitality.

Had a disappointing experience today. The onion masala dosa was quite average in quality considering the price. Not satisfied at all.

It was decent, and the dosa with podi was tasty.
