Rooms are very small compared to price.Service and staff is good and politeLocation - Paltan bazar is not a good place to Stay as it's busy market place, vehicles continuously honking from morning. Even walking in road is difficult here. Shops are on footpath.

I stayed in this hotel with my family during last week of December 2025. Hotel maintenance and ambience is very nice and we had a pleasant stay. We loved the food in the restaurant. Hotel is in prime location nearer to Nepali mandir in Paltan Bazar. Happy with the quick response / service at reception and Mr Bhanu Dhungel Manager is very courteous, humble and very cooperative. Overall experience is excellent. Great place to stay.

This place is really very good value for money. The level of cleaning is exceptional and as a result breakfast doesn't start until 8 am. Very good variety for a small spread, but strictly Indian vegetarian ( no eggs ). The restaurant for lunch and dinner serves excellent dosas. The rooms are spotless. Standard rooms are fine, but the delux gives nice extra space. Good value all round if you don't mind being located in the middle of a crazy bazaar. The Nepali Mandir opposite is a good landmark. All the tuktuk and Uber drivers appear to know it.
