only plus side is the location of the room.The hotel is fully worn out, we paid arnd 6k for a room, with zero facilities, we went during peak winter’ there is no room heater’ the bathrooms are worn out. The rooms and bed were not clean. This might have been a popular place to stay before’ but now it badly needs renovation’

Worst hotel I ever came across where I couldn't even stay as they literally are fooling customers. Rooms are that opposite from the pictures that I had to switch hotel immediately plus I didn't even get the refund from hotel at all.

The room is not like what they have shown. It’s not clean, there is no ventilation and don’t get me started on the staffs. They are the most vile, uncivilised, unprofessional and rowdy staffs I have ever seen. The room is not even worth half the money that they are charging. The owner refused to return the money citing the reason they were saving the room for me even though the hotel was almost empty. I had booked via MakeMyTrip, they also refused to help me in this matter. Ultimately I stayed in other hotel. It caused me a lot of mental and financial distress which was otherwise supposed to be a relaxing holiday.
