Hotel Samrat - On Mall Road

The hotel offers third-rate service. The service is poor and I am unhappy with it. The hotel reception is not reachable at all times.

The bedsheets were unclean, the blanket had mold that was only concealed by its cover, the TV was completely non-functional, the telecom service was down, disposable slippers were not provided, and the floor was so filthy that I had to walk on my tiptoes for three days. The room had no windows, the food was very unpleasant, and the cooks kept insisting we eat at their restaurant despite our refusals.

The rooms are average, and the location is convenient, but getting to the entrance by car is quite challenging. The staff is very friendly and polite.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Samrat, Mussoorie and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable service and luxurious atmosphere. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable.The staff was attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The dining experience was exceptional with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The hotel's amenities added to the overall relaxation. It's a top-notch establishment that made my stay truly remarkable.
