હું તાજેતરમાં આ હોટલમાં રોકાયો હતો. રૂમ અને હોટલની સફાઈ સારી હતી. મને ફક્ત એક ડબલ બેડ વાળો રૂમ જોઈએ હતો, પરંતુ મને 'ડબલ બેડ સાથે સિંગલ બેડ' વાળો રૂમ આપવામાં આવ્યો, જે મને ચાલતો હતો. પરંતુ બેડની ચાદર પર લોહીના ડાઘા હતા, જે હાઈજીન માટે ખરાબ છે. ટોયલેટમાં ફ્લશ બરાબર હતું, પરંતુ ગરમ અને ઠંડા પાણી માટેનો નળ કામ કરતો નહોતો. મેં સ્ટાફને ફોન કરીને મદદ માગી, પણ કોઈ આવ્યો નહીં. અંતે મેં પોતે નળ થોડો ખોલ્યો અને પાણી આવ્યું. સ્ટાફનો આ સહકાર નકારાત્મક હતો. સૌથી ખરાબ અનુભવ એક્સ્ટ્રા ટાઈમના ચાર્જમાં થયો. જ્યારે હું ચેક-ઇન કર્યો ત્યારે સ્પષ્ટ કહ્યું હતું કે મને ચેક-આઉટ પછી ૩-૪ કલાક વધુ રૂમ જોઈએ. છતાં, એ માટે ૧૫૦૦ રૂપિયા લીધા, જે ૨૪ કલાકના ભાડા ૨૨૦૦ રૂપિયાની સામે વધારે છે. આ નીતિ અને સ્ટાફની સેવા નિરાશાજનક છે.
