Extremely Unclean Stay

Avoid this hotel due to its disgusting and unhygienic conditions. My family and I arrived late at 10 PM with our young child, only to discover bedsheets and pillowcases stained with blood. The doormat and towels were dirty as well. When we raised the issue at reception, the staff brought three replacement sheets, but all were also dirty. When questioned, he blamed the laundry service. Clean linens should be a basic standard, but this hotel did not meet that expectation. We were extremely disappointed by the poor service and lack of cleanliness.
