We had such a lovely experience at this banquet. The location is great, the banquet area is spacious, and the food is good too. The staff was very friendly, approachable, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole event feel stress-free and enjoyable.A special thank you to Vipasha.. she was there with us throughout the decor planning and really understood our vision. The venue turned out exactly how we had imagined.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-managed and hassle-free event experience.

We recently hosted a Kitty Party at Hotel South Gate on behalf of the Brahman community. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the property is very clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable, which made our gathering special and enjoyable.However, we were a little disappointed with the service. Some of the food items were not served on time. We did not receive dum aloo and missi roti/naan as scheduled, and instead of proper dum aloo, fried potatoes were served. This was quite disappointing because we had specific expectations for our event. Timely and accurate service is very important for such gatherings.I would sincerely like to appreciate a staff member named Sakshi. She made genuine efforts, was hardworking, attentive, and tried her best to manage everything politely. Her dedication and positive attitude were truly noticeable.Overall, the venue and ambiance are wonderful, but improving service coordination will make the experience perfect for future events.

I went there to attend a function of my relatives, they organised a partyIt has valet parkingParty hall is in basement which has separate area for food,sitting,DJ and activities.Food has different varieties like north indian,chinese , italian, sweets,starters and many more.You can also select menu as vegetarian or non vegetarian.Staff were so polite ,well groomed and wll maintained, management was good.Overall experience was good .
