Hotel Star Paradise

The hotel is nice. The staff are helpful. It is completely safe for families. The food is good.

Rooms are not clean ,very small size, there are no ventilator and congested, there are no proper water service in bathroom,,Room service is very bad ’?, staff behaviour is very bad, today I checked in the hotel, and now i write this review, I don't recommend anyone to visit this hotel,,, please go to sny other hotel,, I booked this hotel from make my trip app, not recommended anybody.. please avoid this hotel...

I had a very poor and concerning experience with this hotel.There was a listed price on Booking, however, before I even arrived, the hotel attempted to change the price to almost three times the original amount. When I questioned this, they told me they could change the price up until the moment of payment, effectively forcing guests to pay significantly more than what was advertised. As I arrived late at night, it was not safe or practical to cancel and find another place, which put me in a very difficult position.Afterwards, I checked previous reviews and noticed this appears to be a recurring issue, which is extremely concerning.The condition of the room was very poor. The beds were old, and the sheets and towels were dirty, as if they hadn’t been cleaned prior to my arrival. The photos shown on Booking do not match the actual state of the property at all.From a safety and comfort perspective, this is not a suitable place to stay, particularly for international travellers. The doors were damaged and didn’t properly block noise, so everything happening in the hallway could be heard clearly. There were groups of locals gathering and making noise late into the night, which felt uncomfortable.There was also construction work happening during the night, causing the room to shake, making it very difficult to rest. The bathrooms were in extremely poor condition ’ unhygienic and practically unusable.Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in terms of both comfort and safety. I would not recommend staying here.

Room is not specious, no exhaust fan in bathroom, door mat is too dirty, staff behaviour is not cordial, very rude. Unfit for healthy stay.

Come altri hanno già detto, non aspettatevi altro che un letto e una doccia. Tutto è sporco, dalla stanza alle lenzuola, e non c'è nulla di più, nemmeno un phon in tutto l'hotel. Per il prezzo richiesto, si può trovare qualcosa di migliore.
