Hotel Yash Executive

Room was too small. Walking space was less. Plus TV not working.

At the time of check in i was given 104 and the cooling of the air conditioner was not workingSecond day the hotel helped me change to room 106 but again same problem i faced with the cooling of the air conditioner

The management is not good, we had booked a room from Make my trip and payment was also considered. But right 1 hr before check-in we were told that rooms are not available. The person we spoke to was not at all cooperative and after asking about other accomodation assistance from their side he was unbothered and abruptly shed off the responsibility by not picking up our calls ahead. We were also told by him that this is a non refundable room and a very inhospitable behaviour was portrayed. Finally we were given refund assistance by the make my trip authority. Being two women travelling first time to Sambhajinagar and knowing that our booking is cancelled one hr before reaching at night was a very bad experience. I hope the hotel doesn't do such mistakes ahead and takes responsibility for the platforms where they are posting their room availabilities.

I started hating myself for making decision to book this hotel. Exorbitant rates , too rigid management , Rooms totally worned out, service can't be poorer than this, TV not working, no way you can make tea for you without tea maker... Had there been any opportunity to give negative rating, it would be -5.
