Had a wonderful stay at [Hotel Name]. The location was ideal, the rooms were spotless, and the bed was super comfortable after a long day of exploring. Check-in was fast and the front desk staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast in the morning was fresh with plenty of variety. Highly recommended if you’re visiting udaipur
Overall, I had a decent stay at the hotel. The location was good, the staff were polite, and the breakfast had a good variety of options.However, there were several issues that affected my experience. On the last night, I felt there were bed bugs in the bed, and I couldn't sleep properly. I requested a room change, but I was told there were no rooms available.I was also disappointed with the housekeeping. I stayed for three nights, but I was informed that they don't provide daily room service, which was unexpected.The food was another letdown. The pizza was overly cheesy and seemed undercooked. I also ordered a Nachos Bhel, but I was served plain nachos instead. When I pointed out that it wasn't what I had ordered and that the menu clearly listed a different dish, the staff insisted it was the same rather than trying to understand or resolve the issue.The hotel has potential, but I hope they improve the cleanliness, housekeeping, food quality, and customer service when handling guest concerns. These changes would make a big difference to the overall guest experience.

The check-in process was quick and smooth, which made a great first impression.The room was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was well maintained, and all the amenities were in perfect condition. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay.The swimming pool was one of the best parts of the hotel. It was clean, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after a busy day. The pool area was peaceful and had a pleasant atmosphere.The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. There were plenty of choices for both local and international tastes, and everything was served fresh. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured a great dining experience.Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Yois.
