The pic of the room is not honest or truthful. Pics taken in ultra wide should be banned. For the price we paid the room size was a joke. The showers didnt work. I had to take a bucket bath after years. On day 2 i didnt even take a bathBeautiful property. Depends on your luck if some noise people turn up who claim every last inch of space. Happened with usOtherwise we enjoyed our stay. No other complaints. Great location

Wonderful stay during our all-girls trip. Enjoyed a comfortable experience with authentic, home-cooked meals tailored to our preferences. Shobha deserves a special mention for offering excellent hospitality. Felt completely safe throughout. Strongly recommend this place.

Our stay at this resort was very disappointing, and we ended up leaving on the first night. Apart from the view, nothing about the resort was good. The staff seemed unmotivated and poorly trained, the interconnected rooms meant kitchen and other noises were disturbing, the water was only lukewarm, power outages were frequent, towels were thin and low quality, rooms were dark and not well cleaned, and the breakfast was disappointing. All these issues ruined the experience. The interiors were shabby, and there was no sheltered seating area for bad weather. We were not offered any refund or even an apology from management. I recommend paying attention to critical reviews rather than the artificially high ratings before booking.

Located overseeing the tea plantations, the property is very spacious with open areas, games, bon fire and a ton of amenities. The place is also located close to the Cherry Berry, Tea factory and Chocolate Factory. The food and hospitality were absolutely fantastic.

The lodging was very disappointing. The food was awful, with a raw chicken odor, no bread offered at breakfast, and no dessert either. The room was cramped, badly kept, and did not resemble the pictures shown online. On top of that, the staff were mostly unhelpful and careless, except for Reshma when we reported these problems. Better to spend your money at a different place.
