Ibex Resorts, Coonoor (Leewood)

I would have easily rated this hotel 5 stars if not for the slow service. Although all the staff were very polite and well-intentioned, the service was consistently slow. We scheduled our day around fixed times, like breakfast at 8:30, but experienced delays every day. Breakfast was served one item at a time, and the full buffet was never presented all at once. On the last day, our check-out was delayed due to no breakfast being available, causing us to miss a pre-booked museum visit since we had a flight to catch. Perhaps they were understaffed. Hopefully, when we return next year, the management will have improved staff training in this area so we have no complaints and can give the full 5-star rating it deserves.

We decided to plan this holiday at the very last minute, and from the moment we booked, Devipriya was extremely helpful. She thoroughly explained the various options and was always ready to answer all our questions. What initially felt like a rushed choice turned out to be an excellent decision, thanks to her support. The resort's location is beautiful and perfect for families. We stayed for two days, and everyone we encountered was warm and friendly. Reshma took care of all our needs during the stay. She managed everything efficiently and was always eager to go above and beyond, even arranging to get exactly what we required from town. Ganesh and Kumar also ensured our comfort throughout our visit. All in all, it was a very pleasant, peaceful, and memorable experience. It was just what we wanted, and we're happy we chose to come here.

We enjoyed delicious food and received excellent service from Vasanth and Manju.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property and the hospitality were wonderful.

Had a pleasant stay at a very clean property, with special thanks to Manju Kumar and Padmini.
