The breakfast and food were truly excellent — very, very good in terms of taste, quality, and overall experience.However, the stay at Icon by Bhagini in Hoodi, Bangalore was disappointing overall. The room was extremely small, and even the double bed felt cramped — not suitable for two adults and a child.The bathroom was the biggest issue: very small, claustrophobic, and had a persistent bad smell. We also noticed small cockroaches, which is unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint.Basic toiletries were inadequate, with essentials like toothpaste and a toothbrush not provided.While the food was a strong positive, the poor room condition and hygiene issues overshadowed the experience. Not recommended for families.
