Itsy Hotels Jansi Residency

We stayed at this hotel last night and had a very disappointing experience. The AC in the first room was leaking, so we had to change rooms. Unfortunately, the second room was full of mosquitoes, making it very uncomfortable to stay.Additionally, the older front office staff members on both shifts were rude and unprofessional in their behavior. The overall service and room conditions did not meet basic expectations.To make matters worse, the night-shift receptionist was unhelpful when we reported the issues. We had to repeatedly insist and raise our voices before he finally agreed to change our room.

Only good thing was rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean.. otherwise rooms were pretty small..no maintenance like room cleaning etc., cranky AC and their bed mattress is the worst..very difficult to sleep, location is around 3 km (10-15min) from railway station. Overall 3/5

Very bad experience. Asked for hotel location they denied. Asked for glass tumbler to drink water but they didnt gave. Ac was not working, they gave another room which was conjusted , untidy and less ventilated.we paid cash for big room. Bed sheets were torned and not cleaned. Switches were not working properly. Toiletries were not refilled.Staffs were arrogant. Not recommended

Person at reception was totally with negative minded. Don't know to speak properly & behave w customer. He doesn't know the said employees working or not. Then i realized this person is lying , especially when i met the concerned person. Since I had talk with one of your employee Mr Shivam very polite and customer supportive and so do Mr Peter. One of your employee, his name start with M, so called Engineer. Well, Room was with torn bed sheet & Small cockroaches’?.Very sorry to say, I stayed in this hotel since I had very good experience way back in year 2009. Today scenario is changed , breakfast was not upto the mark for the value charging for the room.Those days charges were less and service was excellent.Hope you will improve the service and keep appropriate person at reception.ThanksSubramanianRoom No 1081st March 2026

Had a comfortable stay. Rooms were clean but a bit small. Staff was friendly and supportive. Food quality was average (3/5). Overall, good location and value for money.
