Jehan Numa Retreat Club and Spa

Location is perfect, Just near Van Vihar. The property is really beautiful. They have 3 in house restaurants and the one where they serve the resident guests dinner and breakfast, has very limited options. But the staff is so nice, they literally serve food like home. Under the jamun tree restaurant has a really serene seating amidst nature. They grow their own organic vegetables.The rooms were excellent, built with such precision that they are spacious enough and each room has its own privacy and a private garden. The best part of the room was the bathroom, no doubt. With both bathtub and open to sky shower facility.You can also enjoy the pool and spa.

This Place is literally a Peace Of Mind where you can relax and have Some very Good time. The Vibe of this place is just awesome the Rooms are very beautifully Placed between the forest setup where you fill connected to nature and the mornings are Like waking up with the full of Good and Natural Positive Vibes. Food Over here is also delicious.

I am just comparing with the hospitality of Jehan Numa palace. Which is unbeatable.My experience with retreat has been pathetic not once but couple of times. This was the fourth time and I finally decided to put a review on.Firstly we stood outside because the guard didn’t let us enter even though we had a table booked at under the jamun tree.He didn’t even check and told us the restaurant is sold out. When I got pissed then he checked with staff and let us in.Secondly after dinner we sat in lobby and me and partner were playing chess for 10-15mins. The hotel staff came and asked our room number. So general guest aren’t allowed to even sit for extra 5 minutes after dinner!!The staff and hospitality is beyond pathetic. Give star hotels are so much better than them.So disappointed. If you want hospitality and class Jehan Numa palace is much better.

This beautiful and magnificent resort is located near Van Vihar. In the lap of nature you get the chance to relax, breathe and rejuvenate from all the hectic life you have.I stayed here for one day and immediately fell in love with it.The greenery, the atmosphere, the nature that surrounded this place.I celebrated my husband’s birthday here and the room had a great view and the backyard that was attached to it was perfect.Mustafa and his team made sure that we get the best of our stay experience here and so they arranged a romantic dinner in the backyard of our room on my request.The food was delicious and perfect. All the service provided to us was exceptionally great.We were very pleased with our stay here and I was impressed by the staff and their incredible hospitality that they provided to us.Mustafa made sure that my Husband feels the very best on his birthday and everyone at Jehan Numa Retreat helped me in making his day very special.I am very grateful and delighted with the resort and the service and will surely revisit here in future.Lastly a huge thank you to Mustafa and his team.

What I loved was the hospitality, food, ambience or focus on details, obviously you'll get that since it is a premium restaurant in town.What made me like it is how well you do it. They knew the craft, they stick to it, they do it as a routine and that is when you become special truly.We did enjoy the meal, which includedRamdane aur shakarkand ki tikki, veg platter (charred broccoli & pineapple,paneer tikka,dahi ke shammi, kebab. 3 piece each) and for the mains we have tried the paneer laccha, methi palak kofta curry & adraki gobhi matar,last but not the least we clubbed them with garlic naan, laccha paratha & missi roti for breads.Hospitality was handled by Mr. Sonu, great person, engaged fully with us & handled every request from us courteously.Would recommend for a perfect Date night or upclass dinner, especially in winters as they have fireplace to feel more cozy.A must go for some unique tasting food experience.
