The hotel is good, but the reception staff is not up to the mark in terms of hospitality. They called at 3:00 AM for checkout and charged the full payment for just 4 hours.The staff does not seem to consider guest comfort or hospitality; they appear to focus only on completing their duties and collecting payment.There is no doubt that the hotel is clean and hygienic, but apart from that, the other aspects are completely disappointing.Definitely not recommended.
