I reserved this hotel through Booking.com because the total cost displayed was ₹465, with no extra service fees or taxes, as taxes were shown as ₹0. But upon arrival, I was forced to pay ₹1,088. The hotel staff did not give me the room I booked but a completely different one. The reception staff acted very intimidating, making me feel unsafe. Out of fear, I paid the demanded amount and accepted the room. The room was in poor condition: no proper door lock, unpleasant odor, dirty and insufficient blankets, an unhygienic and poorly kept washroom, and people spitting around the area, creating a dirty and unsafe atmosphere. I strongly recommend others avoid booking this hotel. I also urge Booking.com to look into this property and take action if it is violating policies by charging more than the confirmed price and providing different rooms than booked. I have the reception person's details and can share them with Booking.com if needed for their investigation.

Close to the airport, which is convenient. However, I decided not to stay here due to the check-in service and cancelled my reservation. I have never experienced such a long wait at check-in because of extended discussions with the guests ahead of me about pricing—the staff attempted to charge more than the online booking price. The service was very poor, and the room shown to me was old and unclean. I cancelled and chose to stay somewhere else.

If it were possible to give a zero rating, I would have. This is the worst hotel. Don't even think about staying here for even half an hour. Absolutely terrible.

This is the worst hotel I've ever visited, and they scammed me through booking. They overcharged me and didn't return the balance, claiming they would pay it later but never did. They also offer car rides at Rs2500 for a Rs160 trip.
