My overall experience at Kediyor Hotel was mixed.If you are staying for just one night, you will likely enjoy your stay. The Day 1 experience is good. The Executive Suite is spacious and well-designed. The room size is impressive, there is a comfortable sofa seating area, and having a swing (jhula) inside the room is a nice and unique touch.However, the experience declines for stays longer than one night.Housekeeping lacks consistency and professional standards expected for tourists. While the first day cleaning is good, from the second day onwards the room and toilet are not properly cleaned. Bed sheets and towels are not changed by default; instead, housekeeping asks whether you need them changed. For a hotel in this category, daily replacement or at least proactive service is expected.Basic amenities are also not replenished automatically. Toiletries are not changed unless requested. Although two 500ml water bottles are complimentary, you need to ask for them. Tea and coffee pouches are also not refilled unless you specifically request them. It feels like guests need to ask for every small thing rather than the hotel following a standard daily SOP.Another concern is that even in the Executive Suite, an extra mattress is chargeable, which feels unreasonable considering the premium room category.Regarding food, I would not recommend dining at the hotel restaurant. The food experience was not enjoyable. I suggest exploring nearby restaurants instead.Overall, the hotel has spacious rooms and makes a good first impression, but service consistency, housekeeping standards, and proactive hospitality need significant improvement’especially for guests staying more than one night.

Good experience here. We booked for 2 days here and visited Krishna temple earlier this year. Veg and non veg restaurants are available which was tasty. Rooms are ok ish as building seems bit old but all facilities available. We rented two wheeler and had ample parking available as well. Bus stand is at walkable distance and numerous shops nearby. Temple can be reached in short time as well.

It’s an old hotel but well maintained and revamped. The vegetarian food is excellent!!Close by to Udupi Shri Krishna temple and the Bus stand.

Kediyoor Hotels in Udupi was overall a pleasant stay for me. The hotel is located right near the bus stand, making it easy to get around the city and visit places like the Krishna Temple. Our room was spacious and generally clean, and the on-site restaurants ’ both veg and non-veg ’ offered tasty meals. The staff were helpful during most parts of the stay, and parking was convenient. A couple of things that could improve are the consistency of service and some updates in room furnishings, but overall it was comfortable and worthwhile for the price

This hotel needs lots of attention be it housekeeping or maintenance. The hotel is pretty old. We just stayed there for two days on 22 nd n 23 rd nov. The state is very pathetic. Washroom did not hv an exhaust hence it was stinking n always wet. The soap dish broken. The chairs provided cud not b used as it was not matching the height of the table so wasn't practically possible to sit n eat or drink. The upholstery was filthy. It high time they changed it or atleast get shampooing done. Kettle not working a single T bag no milk no stirrer. They claim that there is a mini fridge provided in the room, which wasn't there. It needs an overall renovation. Only thing good about the hotel is it's accessibility. Not worth the price we pay. Sorry state of affairs. MMT promised 2 hours early checkin. But unfortunately they were not giving 2 hours early check-in. They say online booking , they don't give 2 hours early check-in. What is the use of booking through MMT.
