I stayed at Kensington Suites, Bangalore with my wife, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.While my wife and I were inside our booked and occupied room having private time, a housekeeping staff member simply entered our room without properly knocking or waiting for permission. Imagine being in your own hotel room with your wife and suddenly having a staff member walk in on you. Absolutely unacceptable and humiliating.What is even more disgusting is the way the situation was handled by the hotel management. A hotel room is supposed to be your private space. If even basic privacy cannot be respected, then what exactly are guests paying for?Because of this incident, we were completely uncomfortable staying there and had to CHECK OUT EARLY even though our booking was valid for 3 more days without getting any refund.DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT. TERRIBLE HANDLING OF A SERIOUS PRIVACY ISSUE. ZERO RESPECT FOR GUEST PRIVACY.DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS PLACE. I would strongly advise people to stay somewhere else rather than risk experiencing this kind of service
We had a terrible experience, we stayed here for 2 days and the entire 2 days AC was not working, the shifted us to different rooms 3 times yet no where the AC was working, Heater was also not working, fridge was also not working, and the wi-fi is terrible, we literally left waste of our money.
