We had taken around 6 flats and we were around 24 people group , the stay was very pleasant and comfortable. We really have great time and specially thanks to Ms Kirti Bait due to her our stay was pleasant . She personally have taken care of our bookings from day one,

Stayed at Lalco Residency for a while. The biggest advantage is the location’easy access to JVLR and nearby offices. The apartments are spacious and the society is generally well-maintained. On the downside, traffic around the area can be quite frustrating during peak hours, and some parts of the property could use better upkeep. Overall, a decent place to live but not without its drawbacks.

Last month I stayed at Lalco residency for a month due to my father in law's surgery. I had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. Each morning the staffs used to come for cleaning n doing dishes.Mr Amjad n his team were courteous, helpful and cooperative. The location was convenient and easily accessible. Overall I had a comfortable and peaceful experience there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lalco Residency, and I can confidently say it was one of the smoothest and most comfortable residential stays I’ve experienced. From the moment I arrived, everything felt well organized, welcoming, and professionally handled.The apartments are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel less like a temporary stay and more like a home. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and every area was well maintained. The environment is peaceful, secure, and ideal whether you’re staying short term or for an extended period.What truly made the experience stand out was the management and service quality. A special mention goes to Ishaque Patel, who managed everything superbly. His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail ensured that every small request or concern was handled quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to see someone take such genuine ownership of guest comfort, and it made a huge difference in the overall experience.The staff across departments were polite, helpful, and always approachable. Amenities were reliable, and the overall living experience was seamless. You can tell the property is run with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.I would highly recommend Lalco Residency to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and well-managed place to stay. Thanks again to the entire team, especially Ishaque Patel, for making the stay so pleasant and stress free.

I’m quite disappointed with my recent stay here due to multiple instances of poor coordination and unprofessional service.Before arrival, I had called the hotel and was told that early check-in would be provided if rooms were available. When I checked again a day prior, I was informed it wasn’t possible, which I completely understood and was fine with the standard 2 PM check-in. However, when we arrived at 2 PM, we were asked to wait an additional 45 minutes because rooms weren’t ready on the same floor. Eventually, we had to settle for two rooms on different floors, which was inconvenient for our group.The bigger issue happened during breakfast the next day. My booking clearly included breakfast, but when my guests went to the restaurant, the staff member immediately told them they would have to pay ’ without even checking the system. It was quite embarrassing as they had already taken their plates and then had to put them back. Even after requesting him to recheck, he first came back saying it wasn’t included, and only later returned to say it actually was included. This kind of confusion and public back-and-forth is very unprofessional and uncomfortable for guests.Overall, the lack of coordination, incorrect information, and insensitive handling of guests made the experience frustrating. Definitely not the level of service one expects from a professional hotel.
