Had a wonderful stay at Leisure Inn Jaipur. A special thank you to Devesh for handling our booking so smoothly and ensuring everything was taken care of from the start.One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent food. We arrived quite late, and the 24x7 dining service was incredibly convenient. The food was fresh, delicious, and exceeded our expectations.The staff throughout the hotel were courteous, polite, and always willing to help. Our room was comfortable, and the overall stay was pleasant and hassle-free.The location is another major advantage’it simply couldn’t be better for exploring Jaipur and getting around the city.Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to others visiting Jaipur.

Stayed in a Suite Room at Leisure Inn Grand Chanakya and had a really comfortable experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with good amenities and prompt housekeeping. The bed was super comfortable after long sightseeing days.The Multicuisine Restaurant had excellent food with lots of variety for breakfast and dinner. Service was courteous and quick.The Rooftop Cafe was the highlight for evenings. Nice ambience, cool breeze, and great views of the city. Perfect spot for dinner or drinks.What really stood out was their Jaipur Travel Tourism service. They helped plan my sightseeing, arranged a comfortable SUV, and gave genuine local tips Made exploring Jaipur hassle-free.Location is central and staff across the hotel were warm and helpful. Check-in/check-out was smooth. Value for money for the facilities offered. Will stay again soon!

Leisure Inn Grand Chanakya, Jaipur, proved to be an excellent choice for our recent group stay and annual team meeting. Our organization stayed at the hotel from **February 6th to February 9th** with a group of **33 members**, including **12 international guests**, and the overall experience was highly satisfying. Jaipur was chosen as the destination for our annual team meeting, and this property supported our requirements exceptionally well.The hotel’s location is convenient, offering easy access to key parts of the city while maintaining a calm and professional environment suitable for corporate groups. The rooms provided were spacious, comfortable, and well’maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay for both domestic and international colleagues. Cleanliness standards were consistently high, and amenities such as Wi’Fi, workspaces, and comfortable bedding made the stay productive and relaxing.We used the **meeting hall for a full day** to conduct our annual team meeting, and the facilities exceeded expectations. The hall was well’equipped, neatly arranged, and supported by efficient staff who ensured smooth coordination throughout the event. Technical arrangements, seating, and refreshments were managed professionally, allowing us to focus fully on our discussions and presentations.One of the social highlights of our stay was the evening spent at the hotel’s in’house club, **NIGHT JAR**, which was an excellent space for team bonding and relaxation. The ambience, music, and service created a lively yet comfortable atmosphere that was appreciated by the entire group, especially our international guests.The staff at Leisure Inn Grand Chanakya were polite, responsive, and attentive at all times, handling group requirements seamlessly. Overall, the hotel delivered great value, comfort, and service. It is an ideal venue for corporate stays, conferences, and group events, and we would confidently recommend it to teams planning meetings or group travel in Jaipur.

The rooms were very neat, clean, and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was also quite delicious and offered a good variety of options. Moreover, the staff were very humble, polite, and helpful’especially Bhumi, Rohit, and Prakhas. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will consider booking it again on my next visit.

Extremely Disappointing Stay ’ Misleading Practices, Poor Hygiene & Unprofessional ManagementOur stay at Grand Chanaya was nothing short of disastrous. From misleading booking practices to appalling hygiene and incompetent management, this property failed on every front.There appears to be a deliberate and misleading practice regarding the mandatory gala dinner. There was no clear or prominent disclosure on Cleartrip about the gala dinner charges. While it may be buried in fine print, when a hotel charges ’8,000 per room’more than the room tariff itself’this should be clearly highlighted on the booking page, not hidden. This issue affected every guest checking in, indicating a systematic problem rather than an isolated oversight.Despite having paid the demanded amount, our check-in was intentionally withheld, and we were made to wait for over two hours, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.Adding to this, no GST invoice was provided for the gala dinner charges, even after repeated follow-ups. Collecting such a significant amount without issuing a proper tax invoice is highly questionable and unacceptable.The so-called gala celebration was a complete joke’not even worth ’500. The DJ was amateurish, the traditional dancers were poorly trained and uncoordinated, and the so-called ’surprise gifts’ consisted of paper hats and cheap plastic goggles, which felt insulting rather than festive.Food arrangements were equally thoughtless. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food was served using the same plates, and turkey was placed at the very start of the buffet, making it extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable for vegetarian guests. This reflects a complete lack of planning, hygiene awareness, and guest sensitivity.The room condition was shocking. It genuinely appeared as though the room had not been cleaned for months. We found pigeon feathers and accumulated dirt under the bed, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about housekeeping standards.The rooms themselves are cramped and claustrophobic, with unusually low ceiling height. The furniture is old, damaged, and poorly maintained’drawers wouldn’t close, bathroom handles were broken, and basic upkeep was clearly ignored. To make matters worse, there is no direct elevator access to the allotted rooms, making movement inconvenient, especially for families and elderly guests.Almost every guest we interacted with shared similar complaints, clearly indicating that these issues are routine and ongoing.Food quality is also deeply concerning. Re-cooked food was served at breakfast. Even after request for making fresh food our request was turned down.The management was the final nail in the coffin. Mr. Kuldeep Yadav, the manager, was by far the most unprofessional hotel manager we have encountered, showing zero accountability, empathy, or intent to resolve concerns.I strongly advise travelers to read the fine print very carefully and, preferably, avoid this property altogether. There are far better hotels available at this price point that respect their guests and operate with basic transparency and professionalism.
