Excellent hospitality and outstanding service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming experience.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this property.We were allotted a room that was interconnected with another room where pest control had been done, and we were not informed about this at all. Due to this, chemical fumes likely spread into our room, and we were facing throat irritation and health issues.This is a serious safety and hygiene negligence. Hotels are expected to follow basic protocols like not assigning rooms near chemical treatments or at least informing guests in advance.What’s more frustrating is that such a situation could have been easily avoided with proper communication and responsibility.I strongly advise future guests to confirm room conditions before check-in.Very disappointed with the management and their lack of concern for guest safety.

I had a great stay throughout my 14 days there. Room are luxurious and gets cleaning everyday. Morning breakfast is delicious which includes north and south indian dishes. Mahesh, Punam and Limai and all other staffs were friendly and helpful. Overall I would recommend this place ’?

My stay at Magnus Hotel was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable from start to finish.The check-in experience itself was poor. The staff was unwelcoming and unpleasant, and I was made to wait for nearly 15 minutes for no valid reason. No assistance was provided to reach the room’just a key was handed over with the floor number, which felt careless and unprofessional.The room condition was unacceptable. There were cockroaches everywhere, along with a disgusting smell. Lighting was poor, and the switch system was confusing and faulty’lights would randomly turn on or off, and it was impossible to understand which switch controlled what.The bathroom was in terrible condition. The soap and shampoo quality was worse than what you’d expect in a basic lodge. The bathroom door felt extremely fragile, to the point where I was afraid to touch it. The wash basin had an open hole with no filter, and it was disturbing and scary to see cockroaches moving through it. The electric kettle had visible stains inside, raising serious hygiene concerns.There were loud noises outside the room until around 2 AM, seemingly caused by staff themselves, with no effort to maintain silence or ensure guest comfort.The kitchen fridge was completely empty and made loud noises throughout the day, adding to the overall discomfort instead of convenience.Outside food was not allowed in the room, so I was forced to order food from the hotel. The chicken curry contained excessive artificial food colour, which actually stained my tongue and nails. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable from a hotel, raising serious food safety and hygiene questions.The checkout experience was the final disappointment. I was asked to wait ’2 minutes,’ but the staff did not make eye contact or acknowledge me at all. After waiting nearly 15 minutes, when I asked about the status, I was casually told I could leave. The attitude was rude, careless, and extremely unwelcoming.Overall, this hotel lacks basic hospitality, cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and professionalism. The staff behavior was disgusting, and the stay was highly uncomfortable. I would strongly not recommend Magnus Hotel to anyone.
