Rooms are not cleaned also too many cockroaches are there, staff said we missed the paste control Also for double bed room paid extra charges and they provided sofa cum bed
Just okay. Price is average, not too low not too high.Pros- Location is very good, swimming pool is great, room service and staff is co-operative. Cons-Need some improvement in normal stuff. Door locks are getting older, not able to lock and unlock doors easily. Fan is running on same speed with all regulator numbers. Some rooms have fridge, some don't. Shower tap near swimming pool is faulty since by last couple of visits.
Location is very good for hotel. Staff and facility is not worth for the money you spent. Called 200 for housekeeping 5 times but no one picked up phone. Went to reception for Soap and Shampoo. Reception staff is bit rude. No drinking water was provided. Shower was not working; reception said he will send someone to repair but no one come even till checkout. Hope they had repaired for new guest. Overall based on facility and service, its worth of 1500 Rs per night. one important thing; did not find security camera on 2nd floor where I stayed.
