Itsy Hotels Prince Regency

I booked a Deluxe Room, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was stinking, and despite mentioning that the room had a TV, there was no TV provided. The place is not suitable for families at all.There were cockroaches in the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Additionally, there is no proper place to have lunch or dinner, as there is no seating facility available for meals.Overall, it was the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel. I do not recommend this place

Do not go to this hotel.It is the worst hotel.The service is also not good at all.Door lock handle is broken.They do not clean properly. During cleaning, they push all the garbage under the bed.The washbasin tap in the bathroom is broken.jet spray of the toilet is not working.There is leakage in the toilet.There are too many cockroaches in the room.There is no room freshener in the room. TV is not working.

DO NOT STAY HERE, IT IS ABYSMAL.The worst experience I have ever had,With a hotel, if it was possible to leave a 0 star review I would. Staff incredibly unprofessional Anil and Dinesh should not be employed in any customer facing roles as they are completely incompetent and lack any ability to do their jobs.

had the worst experience at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty, the toilet was in terrible condition, and there was a very bad smell throughout the place. The bathroom was unhygienic, not cleaned properly, and full of unpleasant odors.On top of that, the staff were not helpful at all. They didn’t provide even the basic amenities that were promised during booking the shower gel is empty contact the Reception not give the shower gel and asking for a Soap that one also not provide in time . Overall, it was a horrible stay ’ definitely not recommended to anyone. Totally not worth the money!
