The hotel is well situated, but the staff, particularly at reception, were very unprofessional and impolite. When I booked, the room rate was stated as ₹1,350, yet I was billed ₹1,600 without any clear justification. The room service was also very disappointing because of slow response and low quality. Overall, my stay was not good, and I wouldn't suggest this hotel.
