I gave this property a 1-star rating for the following reasons: My stay was very disappointing and did not justify the amount I paid. The room had an unpleasant smell upon arrival. The cupboard was dirty and had not been cleaned properly. I also found empty liquor and beer bottles left inside by previous guests. Only one clothes hanger was provided. The bath towels supplied were sticky and appeared to have dried residue on them. Although replacement towels were provided after I complained, they had a very strong chlorine smell. When I requested a late checkout of just two hours, I was asked to pay an additional ₹1,500, which I found unreasonable. Overall, I feel the price I paid was not worth the quality of the room or the service provided. My suggestion to the hosting company is to physically inspect and verify the cleanliness, facilities, and services of properties before recommending them to the public. Some guests may be willing to overlook these issues, but I cannot accept this level of quality for the price I paid.

This hotel is not good; people smoke outside, the breakfast is terrible, and there are cockroaches in the rooms.

My wife, 4-year-old son, and I stayed in room 105 for one night, paying about 2.5k including taxes. It's easier to find the place using Google Maps or ride apps like Rapido or Ola rather than trying to explain the location to local autos or cabs. The landmark is the lane opposite Roopali restaurant and Wadeshwar hotel. The location is definitely great with good connectivity and a wide range of food options, from street snacks to fancy meals. The decor is a bit outdated, so don't rely on the pictures, but the attentive and helpful staff along with the generous complimentary breakfast make up for some negatives. The electric kettle in the room wasn't working but was replaced by room service within a minute. The bed was very large, allowing all three of us to sleep comfortably. All rooms have AC, which we had to turn off at night even in summer. Tata Sky had plenty of channels for entertainment. The biggest downside was spotting small cockroaches on the floor and in the bathroom; I hope management addresses this soon. Also, in the evening, local college students hang out on parked bikes, smoking and even showing affection, which can be a bit unsettling when you're with family. Checkout is at 11 am, and the staff kindly let us store our luggage and use clean washrooms before our cab arrived late in the evening. Overall, I was impressed by the prompt and polite staff. I've shared their latest contact number for booking. Thanks for a comfortable stay in Pune.

The hotel offered good rooms, good breakfast and polite staff.
