Treebo Classic Grande, Camp

The rooms are clean and good. The bathroom stank. Barely had any bathroom essentials.The staff was a bit nonchalant. One of the receptionist called stating to come early upon our request for an early check-in. On arrival, we were told the rooms is unavailable (we had come 2 hours early while they had confidently asked us to come 3 hours earlier). We were then told that "rooms are unavailable", "we'll charge 700rs for early check-in" (none of which was informed on the call and I have no idea how both of those sentences coexist at the same time.Are the rooms available? No. Why is there an information on price of early check-in given to us? No clue.The two receptionist had no internal communication and it was a mess.We had no choice but to wait in their waiting area, which was also a store room of sorts. The booking fees are always a trap. We got in 10 minutes after the check-in time. :/Never again.

Have Stayed in this property for 3 times Since February,nice small rooms for single person.Only issue is that in washroom they need to sort is the tap and Curtains to be changed. The Receptionist Ms khushi is very sweet person always there is a smile on her face whenever I have stayed in the hotel. And she helps in smooth check in and gets the room cleaned when ever I have asked her to do. Only I would request yiu to keep check out till 12 Pm

I recently visited Pune and stayed at Treebo Classic Hotel for 4 days, and honestly, it was an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable ’ perfect for a relaxing stay.A special thanks to the wonderful staff, especially Kushi Madam, for helping with my early check-in. The entire process was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free. Their professionalism and warm behavior truly made my stay even better.I would just like to suggest a couple of small improvements ’ it would be great if the management could provide a clear guide or manual for connecting to the WiFi, as that could make things easier for guests. Also, a quick check on some bedsheets for replacement would enhance the overall experience even more.Apart from these minor points, everything was excellent!If you’re planning to stay in Pune and looking for a budget-friendly hotel that doesn’t compromise on comfort and service, Treebo is definitely one of the best options out there ’’?? Highly recommended!

Four days stay here was amazing. Staffs are good. Especially receptionalist behave is very nice and friendly. Room small window curtains can change as its very old and duaty. Otherwise cool and calm stay. Thanks
