Quality Inn Mint

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Hotel Quality Inn Mint, Pune’if negative ratings were possible, I would not hesitate to give it -5 stars.Despite having a confirmed reservation for 08/04/2026, with full payment already completed through MakeMyTrip on 13/03/2026, I was shockingly denied check-in upon arrival. Explanation was provided as hotel have no rooms to allot even though I made prior booking of 27 day earlier through MakeMyTrip and MakeMyTrip also not provided the support in the favour of customer, and the entire situation was handled in a highly unprofessional, careless, and unacceptable manner.After a long and tiring journey, being refused accommodation despite a prepaid and confirmed booking is absolutely inexcusable. The staff demonstrated a complete lack of responsibility and accountability, and made no attempt to resolve the issue or offer any alternative arrangement. This resulted in unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and a complete waste of time.This kind of behavior reflects extremely poorly on the hotel’s management and its overall customer service standards. If a hotel cannot honor confirmed and prepaid bookings, it raises serious concerns about its credibility and reliability.I strongly urge others to think twice before booking this property. My experience clearly shows that this hotel does not value its customers, nor does it uphold even the most basic standards of hospitality.

Buffet food has variety for South Indian, North Indian and Western India.They serve good chapati rice and dal with various sabzi options.Veg soup,salad,raita,papad are added option.In breakfast they serveFresh juice,fruit salad,soup,bread with butter and jam,idli sambhar,boiled corn and upma with tea.Only concern was the quality of water breakfast lunch and dinner (though they serve bottled water in rooms everyday)

Stayed at Quality Inn Mint recently. The hotel and rooms are very nice, and the management is good and well organized. The meeting halls are also good, which makes it suitable for events or business meetings.The food taste is good, and the decoration inside the hotel is nice. The hotel area and tree decorations also look beautiful. The seating area in the restaurant is slightly small, but overall it is comfortable.One big advantage is the location, as it is near Pune Railway Station and there is also a metro facility nearby, which makes traveling easy. However, the area very close to the hotel (around 30 meters away) is a bit of a slum area.Overall, it was a good experience with nice rooms, good food, and convenient location. ’

We recently conducted a corporate day conference at the hotel, and the experience was outstanding. The conference hall was well-maintained, spacious, and perfectly arranged as per our requirements. The audio-visual setup, including the projector and sound system, worked flawlessly throughout the event.The hospitality team was extremely professional, attentive, and cooperative, ensuring smooth coordination from start to finish. The food quality and service were excellent and well appreciated by all our corporate guests.Overall, the hotel delivered a seamless and premium experience suitable for high-profile corporate events. We stayed there for a few days, and the overall service was very poor. The food and accommodation were just average, and the location was not good. We requested a correction to our invoice, and initially they agreed. However, they delayed the process for 10 days, citing that their accountant was on leave. After that, they started ignoring our calls and have not responded to any of our messages or follow-ups. Worst Quality Inn!
