Worst Experience! Never Book Online! All the positive reviews online are completely fake. The hotel is located deep inside a narrow alley (gali), and there is no lift available to reach the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, making it a nightmare if you have luggage.The rooms are extremely small, suffocating, and hit you with a disgusting, foul smell the moment you enter. They only have one type of room, and all of them are in a horrible condition.The amenities are completely broken—the AC was not working at all, and there was no running water in the bathroom taps. Most shockingly, none of the room doors have a lock key, which is a massive safety hazard. It feels less like a hotel and more like a torture room. Waste of money, completely not recommended
