Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. The evening before my arrival, I tried to reach the Hotel Manager through OYO Customer Support, but they were very unfriendly, asked for irrelevant details, and refused to connect me. I suspected OYO was hiding something. I found the hotel's contact online, and the manager said he disagreed with OYO's rates since his hotel is in a prime location and asked for an extra 500/-. Since I had important work and meetings, I didn't want to waste more time with unhelpful OYO support and paid the additional 500/-. However, the hotel lift was not working, so I had to climb two floors every time I went out, and no one helped with my luggage. The hotel staff was polite and apologized for the extra charge. It seems OYO management is at fault for setting rates too low for partner hotels. After this, I will definitely never book through OYO again!

Oh, what a stay to remember! I booked a month in advance to snag a great deal, but upon arrival, they graciously canceled my booking in front of me and kindly asked for more money. How thoughtful! Since it was late evening and every other nearby hotel was fully booked, I had no choice but to pay up. Nothing says 'hospitality' like taking advantage of your guests' lack of options!The room? Let’s just say if you’ve ever wanted to experience life in a glorified closet with seeping walls, this is your place. I had plans for a 3-day stay, but after seeing the condition, even one night felt like an eternity. No receptionist, no room service – perfect if you enjoy being left entirely alone.And for the night owls, here’s a fun perk: if you’re out after 11 pm, be prepared to beg to get back inside. I had the pleasure of ringing the bell and calling the receptionist for 20 minutes before he groggily opened the door. Once inside, you’re locked in, folks! The perfect escape from reality (quite literally).But don’t worry, in case of any late-night emergency, you’ll be on your own. OYO has truly outdone itself with this gem – shady, unresponsive, and utterly unforgettable in the worst possible way.

I haven't seen a hotel more dirty and unhygienic, there are no lifts, the AC was not working properly, no amenities and the best part they charged us twice and denied Booking as well
