At the time of checkin they gave me normal room but i booked for a suite. Then i have to call and remind them or else they would have easily made us fool. Being an hotelier i would rate overall 2 out of 5. Bedsheets were having stains and hair strands on it. lgnored as it was for leas duration. The most shocking moment was when one of the staff entered in my room with some other guest when i was having my personal time. This is a breach of privacy even its a smaller hotel. Over that when i highlighted this issue at the time of ckout. There was a old gentleman with no gentleness was sitting at the reception and he mentioned that your room must be open thats why the guy must have entered otherwise they wont. l mean how stupid is this response. lf am paying for the room and even though if the room was open how anyone can enter. But my room was not opened as am not fool to do that. He barged into my room till wardrobe area and went back. l would request hotel facilities to look into this matter immediately.
