Property got changed as they mentioned that current Property was full and gave it on another property, when i reach out them then only they have mentioned no prior communication but i felt that i booked online (AGODA) so they have changed the property
The best place in Madhapur with friendly staff? I didn't write that; the staff took my phone and posted it. This place is awful, infested with rats and cockroaches, and suffers frequent water cuts. The water quality is very poor, causing health issues for many girls here. There's slime buildup around the bathroom edges. The Olive building is even worse than the Iris building. Avoid this place, look for an apartment or go to Narrens instead. The food is inedible and unreliable; several of my friends have had food poisoning from here. Also, the head of the cleaning staff has stolen items from my room.

Solo Traveller • Jul 2026The management gave us a very poor experience. The place was not maintained at all. It was extremely dirty and the bathrooms smelled bad. We were slightly late for checkout and they shut off the main power just for our room. We had to pack at the last minute without any light or fan. It was the worst experience.
