OYO 60803 Nightshade Inn Residency

The pictures are quite misleading. Very local property. Not at all value for money. They can sell the same for half price and people will still not like it. Hardly any walking space in the room. Spend 2000 more maybe but look for a better property. Waste of money.

Really good customer service by from hotel staff name: Mr. Ravi and Mr. Goutham, The breakfast was nice like homemade taste and the room was nice showed in pic, we stayed 3 days and enjoyed everything 24/7 hot water for that climate was really awesome and the owner Mr. Vishawanathan so kindness keep it up ’’??

I would like to give them a 5-star rating. Their service is excellent, and the rooms are also very good.Especially Ravi Bhai and one of the staff members with him were very cooperative. They provided us with very good service.THANKS SV RESIDENCY..

It was a very disappointing stay. We booked two 4-Bedded Deluxe Family Rooms, but the overall condition of the rooms was not satisfactory. There was a strong unpleasant smell in both rooms, and cleanliness was very poor.The rooms were extremely congested, with almost no space to walk or stand because of the bed placement. Ventilation was inadequate, making the rooms uncomfortable. The bathrooms were also not properly cleaned.Additionally, the pillows and bed lights were dirty, TV cables were left hanging openly, and there was hardly any space to even open the cupboard properly. We also did not receive hot water during our stay.Considering the room category and charges, we expected much better maintenance and hygiene standards. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the facilities for future guests.

Every room is nice. The receptionist is very welcoming. Hot water is accessible all day. There is also parking available. A great hotel for those on a budget.
