The hotel is well located and the rooms are roomy, but that's where the positives stop. Upon entering the reception and lobby, there's an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was dirty during my three-day stay, and despite multiple requests for cleaning, nothing was done. The staff is friendly, but there are always some unnecessary people hanging around the reception for unknown reasons. I'm surprised this is labeled as an Oyo Townhouse, as Oyo seems to lack basic quality checks here. Additionally, there were bed bugs and mosquitoes in the room. The hotel needs thorough cleaning, renovation, and stricter quality control.

Solo Traveller • Aug 2026The hotel is in good location. Rooms are spacious. That's where the good things end . When you enter the reception there is a weird smell , same weird smell in the lobby. The bathroom was not clean... I was there for three days ... I asked multiple times to get those cleaned ... But it did not happen. The staff is good ... But there are always some unnecessary people lying around in the reception... I don't know why. I am surprised this is marked as a this platform townhouse and this platform is missing such basic quality checks.
Location is very good. Rooms and bathroom are small and cramped, but fairly clean. Cushions had a bad smell. The lift lobby on the 2nd floor smelled like rats. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food is NOT AVAILABLE - Oyo charges a lot extra for breakfast, but DO NOT expect complimentary breakfast with your booking. They have no proper breakfast service, only options to order cheap items. Water is not provided and will cost extra. There is a kettle in the room, but no tea, coffee, milk, or sugar supplied.
