Extremely Dirty rooms, poor breakfast service, Dead television, fridge, telephone, Shabby staff. Total mess.
Worst hotel experience ever. Me did not feel safe at all. Dirty leaking bathroom, bad smell, used and burnt bedsheets, no TV remote, and poor room condition. Outside the room, a group of drunk men were smoking, abusing loudly, and creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. i booked for 24 hours but checked out the same day. Never visiting again.

Only thing that is required is maintainance of few things .The rooms are originally designed well but with time, it seems there was no any maintainance. The window shields are broken , which is literally covered by blinkit and Instamart paper bags by using cello tape . The racks in the room are provided with a LED. Light , but thts not working. The cupboard doors are creaking and loose . There was TV in the room but the cables were tampered, so of no use just, a showpiece. Coming to washroom, again designed very beautifully but the shower handles are loose and broken . There were empty handwash bottles which were of no use and was dirty too. Kindly remove them. The light given in the front of mirror is not working, please fix it . So any One can see the face clearly. The lock of the room is broken and loose , seems like fighting a war with it while locking and unlocking it. When the room was given to me, I guess it was not cleaned properly, used tissue papers and soap wrappers were on racks.The hotel is designed very beautifully but it needs maintenance asap. This will make the hotel one of the best places to stay. Take this feedback in a positive way.The staffs are really nice and humble. Hearts for them. Location is pretty cool. Nearby street foods are available and surrounding locality is premium.
