Solo Traveller • Sep 2026This hotel gave me the worst experience ever. I would never recommend it to married couples. The manager demands a marriage certificate or proof of marriage. The rooms are dirty, doors are broken, blankets are terrible, and there is no greeting from the staff. All the staff behave rudely and keep staring constantly. As a married woman, I felt very uncomfortable because of the staff's behavior. Not suitable for families with children or married couples. I had already shown proof of my marriage, but the staff and manager still stared at me inappropriately, making me feel uneasy. I regret booking this hotel, as I didn't know family hotels in Delhi could have such narrow-minded and cheap attitudes. Also, I don't appreciate being criticized for booking an OYO. I could take legal action against such comments. They should be careful with their words.
