I had contacted the manager and spoken to him about checking out at 12 PM. All this correspondence happened through Agoda via email. When I checked out at 12 PM, the manager said I would be charged 1200 for late checkout. I showed him the email correspondence, but he claimed that the responses were not from the hotel and were from an Agoda representative.I disagreed, because the replies included very specific details I had asked about-such as the provision of a hair dryer and an iron-which an Agoda representative would not typically know. This feels like a very unfair and unprofessional practice of trying to extract extra money.

I recently had one of the worst hotel experiences, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. From the moment I arrived, the staff was rude and completely unprofessional. The check-in process was slow, and instead of being welcoming, the front desk staff spoke in a dismissive tone, as if guests were a burden.When I entered the room, it was immediately clear that cleanliness was not a priority. There was dust on almost every surface, and to make it worse, cobwebs were visible in the corners and even near the ceiling. The room felt neglected and poorly maintained.The bathroom was in an absolutely unacceptable condition. There were noticeable yellow stains on the toilet and around the tiles, which made it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable to use. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. Basic toiletries were either missing or of very poor quality.The problems didn’t stop there. Several amenities were either not working or barely functional. The air conditioning was weak, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and overall the room did not match what was promised.What made everything worse was the staff’s attitude when I raised these issues. They were indifferent, unhelpful, and at times outright rude. No effort was made to fix anything or even apologize.Overall, this was a terrible experience with poor service, dirty rooms, and extremely rude staff. Definitely not worth the money.
