Reds Residency - Homestay

We informed the hosts about early check-in in advance, but every time we called, different people answered and there was poor communication among them. They said early check-in was unlikely and advised us to book from the day before. Following this, we booked our rooms for two nights. Don't trust the responses they've given in reviews. They often ignore calls and messages and refuse to admit their mistakes. The host was very rude and unprofessional, forcing us to book an extra day and wrongly accusing us of having uncertain plans. This was the worst experience I've had so far.

Terrible experience… the owner was extremely rude

Hosts who cannot be trusted and cancel just before arrival! We booked for a big group early on, but the hosts suddenly called off our reservation with no clear reason or explanation. They gave back our deposit but then ignored all our messages and calls. Avoid booking here—they might abandon your group without a place to stay at the last moment.

Terrible service and a very letdown experience. We reserved this stay early and paid the advance, expecting our booking to be honored. But they canceled it at the last minute without a valid explanation. Taking an advance means nothing if confirmed bookings aren't respected. Very unprofessional and careless service. I would not recommend this place.

Sadly, they canceled our reservation at the last minute without properly notifying us or providing a clear reason for the cancellation. This behavior is highly irresponsible, especially since travelers plan their trips early and rely on confirmed accommodations. Finding another place on short notice is extremely stressful and difficult. We truly did not expect such unprofessional and poor service from Reds Residency. Taking an advance payment, holding a booking, and then canceling it last minute without clear communication is unacceptable. This is not the level of service one expects when booking in advance. We are very disappointed and would not recommend this place if you want reliability and peace of mind during your vacation.
