Stumbled upon this on searching for Lonavla hotels. Very pleasant environment all around the resort. Beautifully grown and maintained greenery all around. Rooms were clean. Had opted for all meals plan. Well curated food options. Little bit improvisation required there. But overall good experience
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The food was delicious, and the location was convenient.
We stayed there for 1 night below is the summary of few things 1. We had asked for twin beds in both rooms but they had double beds . On calling thry just seperated the beds by 6 inches and said the original tein beds rooms were not ready and we did not want you to wait. We had reached 15 min after the check-in time, still we got this excuse. 2 no hot water in one of the bathrooms, we called twice , no response . After we returned from dinner and when we bashed them for bad service they sent a plumber and then after it was repaired there was water everywhere . Again we had to call housekeeping twice to get the place clean and dried. 3. They have a complimentary high tea between 5 To 6 pm. We went out sightseeing and got delayed in traffic and reached hotel by 6.15. we were wet in rains and requested if we could at least get some tea/coffee. We were refused as time had passed. Never we have had this experience. Hotels always accomodate as tourists cannot be strict time bound. 4. They adverise for one bar and one lounge. Also show reels of multiple cocktails served in the bar. The lounge was reserved and bar was closed. The told the restuarant has drinks. We clearly asked if cocktails are there and were toldbyes at reception. But then there we were told only Few beers and few IMFL is available . Had we known wenwould have planned our dinner at some other place. Morning breakfast was only thing that was ok but there also for bhatures wenhad to wait for 30 minutes. For the exhorbitant price they charge the service is pathetic.
