Staff is not cooperative. All facilities that mentioned on booking, The facilities promised at the time of booking are not provided unless you argue with the staff and insist on getting them. The food is average, and overall, I would not recommend this place.

If you even ask for warm milk for children it will take one hour. Rooms are very compact and not worth the money. Will be filing the Consumer complaint for the deficiency in the services

I booked another hotel paid extra because Romeo lane did not refuse refund my money. Please help me to refund my money .its a very bad experience with Romeo lane as you can understand what was the situation gone on that time ki mujhe hotel change karna padha . And extra money pay kr ke mujhe dusre hotel mai shift hona padha .As a woman solo traveler kitni problem face ki hogi maine .please mujhe mera refund amount chahiye

We had a fantastic time at Romeo Lane, Mussoorie. The hospitality was outstanding, with the staff being very polite and supportive. A special thanks to Mr. Dilawar, the Manager, for his remarkable hospitality, professionalism, and personal care. He made sure everything was comfortable and well managed, going above and beyond. The stay was quite comfortable and the service was good too. The atmosphere had great vibes and music. The location is excellent, being very close to mall road, which added to the convenience of the stay.
