Food quality dilicous and room is very clean . I love this platform
The experience was not very good like expected- the thing is rooms are not as clean and the floor gets very moist during nights n slipery- also water shortages 2 times in our 4 day stay there and clenliness definitely not upto expected- The Restaurant was however good and overall this room is in reality not anything worth above- 3.5-4k
Dear Management Team, I want to highlight a very disappointing experience at your Mussoorie location today. We visited Romeo Lane hoping for good food, atmosphere, and a premium experience, but the service was completely unacceptable. We ordered a sheesha and waited over an hour, repeatedly calling for staff or the sheesha attendant. Despite many requests, no one came to help or set it up. We were totally ignored for an hour. This negligence and poor service ruined our dinner and evening. For a brand like Romeo Lane, such lack of basic hospitality and staff coordination is surprising. I hope you take this feedback seriously and review the staff behavior and service management today so other guests don’t face this frustration. Looking forward to a prompt response.
