SHANTI SOJOURN

We stayed here with three families (6 adults and 9 children) and had a wonderful time. We reserved a family room with a kitchen, two rooms with double beds, and one room with a queen bed. The rooms were roomy, clean, and nicely furnished. The family room with the kitchen could benefit from some small upgrades, but it remained comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay. The location is excellent—peaceful, easy to find, and close to the main attractions, making it very convenient for travelers.The cleanliness was outstanding. The rooms, bathroom, and common areas were spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay.The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed and were always available to assist with local recommendations and any questions. Their warm hospitality made me feel at home.Overall, I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with a great location and an amazing host. I would definitely love to stay here again.

The host is amazing and super helpful. He helps you with offbeat spots and gives you a good breakfast. The room was spacious with cupboards and other amenities.

A wonderful and peaceful stay. Chanrei handled nearly everything, including organizing a cab for sightseeing and recommending places to see. The hospitality was excellent. There's a trek beginning right behind the accommodation that takes you to Shillong peak, offering stunning views. You can also enjoy some stargazing from the rooftop. The city view from the stay is lovely as well. Bathrooms are tidy and the amenities are sufficient.
