Couple • India • Sep 2026It is an Amazing Hotel very close to the Pune Station. The ambience is quiet & peaceful with a lot of greenery. They have a dedicated dining hall where they serve a great variety of hot breakfast, lunch & dinner. The rooms are very good with good room service. There is also a small fridge in the room. The washroom amenities are top notch. I look forward to visit again!

It is an Amazing Hotel very close to the Pune Station. The ambience is quiet & peaceful with a lot of greenery. The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms, cleanliness, and overall stay were very good. The staff was polite, and I had a comfortable experience during my stay.However, I had a very disappointing experience with the food. We ordered dinner late at night, but the food quality was poor, and it had a very unpleasant smell. We couldn’t enjoy the meal at all.I tried calling the hotel after 11:00 PM to report the issue, but the phone line was constantly busy, and no one responded. Since we had been traveling all day, we were too tired to go down to the reception and had to wait until the next morning to make the complaint.I recommend this hotel for its location and stay, but I strongly suggest avoiding ordering food from the hotel

The hotel's location is good, but the staff’especially the reception staff’are extremely unprofessional and rude. At the time of booking, the room tariff was quoted as ’1,350, but I was charged ’1,600 without a proper explanation. Room service was also a complete disappointment due to poor response and service quality. Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel.
