Our stay at Hotel Jagannath was bad! The check-in process was smooth, and the location is convenient, especially for visiting nearby attractions. However, the hotel did not match the expectations created by its online photos. The room lacked proper maintenance and cleanliness, and the lighting was limited to dim yellow lights, making the room feel dull. The bathroom was very small, and basic toiletries were not provided. Although the hotel mentioned facilities like hot water and an electric kettle, there was no geyser or hot water available for bathing in the morning, and no electric kettle was provided to warm drinking water, which was disappointing. A water jug was kept in the room but was never refilled, and complimentary water bottles were also not provided. The room's door lock/interlock did not feel secure and needs improvement. During checkout, no staff member offered to help with our luggages, but someone did come outside to open the car door, seemingly expecting a tip!!
