I was travelling from uae to kochi last week on ChristmasI had my reservation booked for 4 days.As a matter of just one and half days after staying I just couldn't and I left .This is one of the worst hotels to stay .Absolute zero serviceNo hospitalityWith the people sitting in the reception hardly care to even greet u with a smile and inspite of addressing a simple issue like the kettle not working in the room nobody even bothered.I sincerely blame make my trip portal that do they really investigate the condition of such hotels instead of simply giving a 3 or 4 star rating .God bless this he'llThank you
