I truly enjoyed my stay at Starlit Suites, Kolkata. It is a nice hotel with excellent facilities. A special thanks to sharmistha ji from the reception and also G.M. sir they're helpful and supportive nature. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable, and the food was delicious. I stayed at the hotel for five nights as part of a large group attending a training program held in the Galaxy meeting room. The overall experience was exceptional and truly exceeded expectations.The staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness throughout our stay. Housekeeping services were impeccable’maintained to the highest standards and beyond words. Every service provided by the hotel genuinely deserves a 10 out of 10 rating.The dining experience was equally remarkable. The food quality was excellent, and every meal was thoroughly satisfying. The chicken dishes, in particular, were extremely soft, flavorful, and well-prepared. It is worth highlighting that not a single member of our training group experienced any health issues after consuming the hotel food, which speaks volumes about the hygiene and quality standards maintained. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of well-prepared dishes.The hotel also features a spacious and well-maintained rooftop swimming pool, which added to the overall enjoyment and relaxation during our stay.In summary, the hotel, its facilities, and its staff are truly exceptional. Our entire training group felt comfortable, peaceful, and well taken care of throughout the stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for both professional and leisure purposes.

This place will always stay close to my heart. The beautiful ambience, delicious food, and the warmth of the staff made every moment special. But what truly made this hotel unforgettable were the memories I created here ’ with people who were once strangers and slowly became my heart-close friends. First things first. It was a excellent place to stay. The rooms were neat and tidy. Very helpful staff. Easy checkin and checkout procedure.The swimming pool was terrible, very unmaintained, don't mind getting in just a look of it will make you puke ’’. It had bird poop and was all dirty water.The location is very far off central Kolkata and the nearest active metro station you can get to from the hotel is Salt Lake Sector V as on (14 Dec 2025), there are metro stations coming by but not as of now. Its right behind DLF-2 and very accessible from nearby IT parks.I'd give a 4 star, I took one off for the swimming pool.
