Staff are not amiable at all . They don’t even smile back , bad location but close to the market . No ventilation in the room . Would never recommend.

The hotel is good overall. It isn't very close to Chowrasta, but it's still within walking distance if you're not traveling with elderly parents or anyone who has difficulty walking. In that case, you can definitely consider booking this hotel.The rooms are clean, and the restaurant is well maintained.However, the hotel staff needs to improve their punctuality and attentiveness. At check-in, I had two luggage bags and a small child with me. I asked whether I should carry the luggage myself or if someone from the hotel would take it to my room. The staff assured me they would bring it. However, even after waiting for about 30 minutes, and calling at reception twice for luggage, no one came. I eventually had to go downstairs and carry the luggage myself, only to find it left where I had kept it while the staff were chatting among themselves.This is an area that definitely needs improvement. Apart from this issue, my overall experience was good.

We experienced a lot of issues regarding our stays of 3 nights.Rooms were damp not repaired and dirty.Staffs mismanaged things.They served dinner for 9 persons but provided only two plates.They disagreed to provide additional water glasses on request.Asked them to clean room at 8:30 am, but when returned from sightseeing, we found they have not cleaned not single room at 3:00 pm.Provided snacks in splits after taking signatures on bills.Not recommended from our side.

If you can do without the undermentioned things please go ahead and book your stay with this rubbish hotel...During our 3 days of stay for two consecutive days there was severe water problem . On day one in the evening after we returned from our day's outing we had to wait for almost 5 hours to get water in the washroom. All the guests were yelling and shouting at the reception for water. But they could not arrange for even a half bucket of water as there was no water in the entire property.The saff's of tha property are horribly incompetent to say the least, they kept on making all sorts of excuses during that evening instead of solving the problem. We had to call the local police station to get the problem sorted. The manager of the hotel who was supposed to take up the responsibility to sort out the problem was absent during the whole time. Even after repeated requests made to her over phone to come down a solve the issue she straight away refused to come. She was extremely rude and adamant towards the guests.One more thing you wont be able to get off in front of the hotel as it is in a narrow alley some 30-40 meters from darjeeling post office and be ready to carry your luggage through rough abd bumpy roads because they will send only 1 bell boy to carry luggages who would carry max 2 luggages and others if you have any be prepared to carry them yourself.In this world of paid reviews they have managed themselves 4.2 stars . If you ask me if it was at all possible, I would give them 0 star if not negetive. These people ruined my entire trip.
