The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and featured a splendid view of the city. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the service was beyond what we could wish for.

Extremely disappointing experience

I booked this hotel through OYO based on their recommendation. During booking, I was informed that early check-in was available for an additional 30%, which I paid. My booking was confirmed from 6 AM to the next day 11 AM.However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff had no information about my early check-in or the extra payment. They also said no AC rooms were available. After contacting OYO customer support, they told me I could temporarily use a non-AC room and would be moved to an AC room at the regular check-in time.Even after waiting, the reception staff still had no update and said AC rooms might only be available in the evening if someone checked out. This shows a complete lack of coordination between OYO and the hotel.Additionally, the room and washroom were not clean, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to poor communication, unfulfilled promises, and lack of cleanliness. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you are relying on OYO’s booking assurances.
