I Booked the hotel on Agoda as it included Breakfast. And when I reached the hotel were we were welcomed by a unaccountable reception who denied us the stay saying that he couldn't find the booking and after persistently asking him to check the booking ID He found the booking. First bummer to know that the reception appointed doesn't know his job.2) We booked this hotel as it had breakfast included and then we found out that they don't have this service too. The reception had the audacity to tell us to cancel the booking and find a new hotel in the early hours in the morning after travelling long journey. Absolutely no customer centric approach.3) He then gave us the owners number, who I contacted and who had zero accountability for putting misleading information on the website. He wasn't even apologetic and wasn't ready to take the responsibility to help the customer or find a solution.The last resort was the service provider, who was helpful and agree to compensate for the same.So if you want to get your self stressed at your check in procedure, then this is the place to book!
I booked this hotel through Agoda because it included breakfast. However, upon arrival, we were greeted by an unprofessional receptionist who initially denied our reservation, claiming he couldn't find it. After repeatedly asking him to check the booking ID, he finally located it. It was disappointing to see the receptionist was not competent. We chose this hotel because breakfast was supposed to be included, but we later discovered that this service was not available. The receptionist even had the nerve to tell us to cancel our booking and find another hotel early in the morning after a long journey. There was absolutely no customer-focused attitude. He then gave us the owner's contact number. When I reached out, the owner showed no responsibility for the misleading information on the website, was not apologetic, and refused to help or offer a solution. The only helpful party was the service provider, who agreed to compensate us. So, if you want to experience stress during check-in, this is the place to book!
