Booking ID 2053862429, 27–28 September 2026. Confirmed and fully paid on Agoda. Location on both Agoda and Google Maps was incorrect; the property has no proper signage or lighting. The room was dirty, had broken beds, stained sheets, foul smell and non-working AC – completely different from the 9.4–9.7 ratings shown and the staff was extremely mannerless and rude.Check-in was completed 8:10 pm (register signed, room occupied). Digital Aadhaar copies were accepted on WhatsApp. Shortly afterwards the hotel demanded the OTP from the confirmation email. When this was rightly refused, they produced a hard-copy ID policy that is not shown on the Agoda listing and then harassed elderly guests (me and my husband) (one with brain haemorrhage and paralysis): forced us out of the room while eating at 9:00pm, detained them at reception for over 1.5 hours until (10:45 pm) physical IDs could be brought from South Delhi by Uber, then photographs IDs on phone and sent them to WhatsApp group and only then allowed us back into the same defective room. Staff name also changed from Shubham to Vivek. Full formal complaint has been filed with Agoda, OYO and the National Consumer Helpline. Prospective guests, especially families with elderly or medical needs, should be extremely careful. Also Do not share them OTPs for faking reviews by themselves. Check their reviews on google after my booking which was clearly about bad behaviour, wrong location, poor condition of property etc. *HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED EVEN FOR FREE*

Clean, quiet, and comfortable." The AC cooled the room down quickly, the mattress offered great back support, and there was zero noise from the hallway. Will definitely rebook.
